Payment & Insurance Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We will complete and submit your insurance claims as a courtesy. We will do our best to give you an estimate of what your insurance will pay prior to your treatment. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Please be aware that the balance of your account is your responsibility whether or not your insurance company has made payment.
You will receive monthly statements from our office. If you have any questions about your account, please call us at (989) 723-6124. We are happy to work with your insurance to help you afford the dental care you need.
We also offer in-office discount plans for uninsured patients so that you can still receive the care you need.
